PRP via MCT
Microcurrent increases skin permeability for PRP growth factors — deeper effect, same injection protocol.
What does it involve?
MCT (Micro Current Technology) uses weak electrical currents in the microampere range that stimulate ATP production in cells and increase cell membrane permeability. When PRP is administered in combination with MCT, growth factors penetrate deeper into the perifollicular dermal tissue. The MCT treatment is painless, requires no anaesthesia and takes 10 to 15 minutes per zone.
How the treatment unfolds
Blood draw and centrifugation
Standard blood draw. The PRP is prepared by centrifugation while MCT preparation begins on the scalp.
MCT preparation
Electrodes are placed on the treatment zone. Microcurrent is applied for 10 to 15 minutes to prepare the skin barrier and raise cellular activity.
PRP injection
Immediately after the MCT phase, the PRP is injected onto the prepared skin area. Growth factors penetrate deeper thanks to the increased permeability.
After the treatment
No downtime. Avoid sport and swimming for 48 hours. First results visible from month 3.
