Cold PRP + Exosomen
Cold centrifugation, PRF and exosomes combined for a deeper and longer-lasting stimulation of the hair follicle.
What does it involve?
Cold PRP is centrifuged at lower temperature to prevent thermal denaturation of growth factors, preserving the biological activity of PDGF, VEGF and IGF-1. PRF (Platelet-Rich Fibrin) is a second-generation fibrin matrix without anticoagulants that releases growth factors more slowly and durably. Exosomes are nano-vesicles from stem cells, rich in micro-RNA and signalling molecules that activate stem cell activity in the follicle. LED photobiomodulation boosts mitochondrial activity in skin cells. The combination of these four modalities creates a synergistic biological protocol that goes beyond standard PRP.
How the treatment unfolds
Cold blood draw and centrifugation
Blood is drawn and centrifuged at controlled low temperature. Two fractions are prepared: PRP for direct injection and PRF for the fibrin preparation.
LED photobiomodulation
The scalp is exposed for 10 minutes to red light (630 nm) and near-infrared (830 nm) to raise cellular energy production prior to injection.
Injection of Cold PRP and exosomes
The cold PRP is combined with exosomes and injected via fine needles into the scalp. The procedure takes 20 to 30 minutes.
After the treatment
No downtime. Avoid sport and swimming for 48 hours. First signs of effect are noticeable from month 3.
